Starting as a data entry clerk and junior scientific information analyst, in materials sciences,  I have followed the advent of home computing.  I have learned BASIC and HTML over the years, as well as, continuing to learn other more specialised computer languages.  I have advised or created over ten web sites.  I continue to study in University staying as current as possible with emerging techniques.

Crystal Computing is not incorporated and remains the name of the services involving computers that Peter Timusk offers.  The name is inspired by his working with crystallographic data in the late seventies for the International Union of Crystallographers.
